Now it is impossible to ship goods by airmail from Japan to some limited countries/territories due to the influence of COVID-19. That will change depending on the situation, please be sure to check the GUIDE EMAIL which will be sent to you separately from an automatic email. Even after the order is completed, we may not be able to accept your order depending on availability of delivery. If you can not receive guide email, please confirm your spam folder at first, then if you still can not find it, please contact us using contact form. The guide email will definitely be sent to you within one business day of receiving your order. Delivery method can not be specified now for the same reason. We use any service of international registered airmail depending on delively country. There is also the possibility of delivery delay. We will compensate you for your order which does not arrive, but please kindly understand that we cannot be responsible for the delivery delay.

Stock Status
When some sizes are not indicated at select area, it means products are out of stock, also, please understand that, rarely, but there is the case that your order might be out of stock dispite it has completed due to the order timing. In this case, we will give you a refund as soon as possible.
Multiple Orders
When you want to order with two or more delively addresses, please do the order procedure in each address.
SHIPPING
Shipping Charge
Shipping charge is free for Asian countries regardless of order quantity. For other areas, a flat rate of just 9.98USD, and it becomes free for orders over 100USD.
We ship your order directly from Japan by international registered airmail.
Nomally it takes 5-8 working days to arrive, tracking-site is available depending on the delivery countries.
Shipping method can not be specified now due to the influence of COVID-19.
Handling Time
When the item is in stock, your orders will be shipped within 2 business days. In the case of producing, it will takes more a few days. Please confirm the shipping date by guide mail.
Duty & Tax
There may be cases where import taxes or customs duties may be imposed depending on the country. In this case, the recipient of the item will be responsible for the payment. We are not responsible for any fees charged by customs. Please contact your local customs office to estimate the import taxes or duties. We will take on the insurance fees at the time of delivery, you do not need to share that cost.

We accept the payment only through PayPal.
You can pay easily and in safety on the final screen using major credit cards, bank account, and PayPal account.
PayPal-Payment can be used without registration even if you do not have the account.
We do not share your card or bank information, please use it without worries.
PLEASE NOTE that in a limited countries, it is unavailable to use credit cards through PayPal, if that is the case, please contact us, we will respond individually.
Handling Charge
Handling charge is free. Our price is including tax and all charges.
GIFT
Gift Box
All products can be enclosed in an original box as a gift. Please use for all occasions.
The gift can be sent also directly to the address of recipient.
In this case, your name is written in the shipping label as a sender,
and the delively document is separately mailed to you.
When you want to send the gifts to two or more delively addresses,
please do the order procedure in each address.
You can easily order gift box on the Gift box page with small charges (Just 0.98USD for a box).
* Decoration of photo above is just image. Paper cushion is not included.
Wrapping and Message card service have finished. Simple bag with ribbon is attached to the box.
You can choose the ribbon color from for male or female. Box for Tenugui is different from the photo, please see Tenugi detail pages for that.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Basic Conditions
We accept Returns and Exchanges within basic conditions as follows.
If you need to return or exchange products, please contact us using RETURN & EXCHANGE form below within 14 days from the delivery.
We can not accept any returns and exchanges without this contact, and items must be unused.
Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping fee except in cases of defect or wrong shipment.
Please take special care not to order wrong size, our sizes are Japanese size, please make sure to check SIZE CHART before order.
